NBA 2K13 Issue PC

Hi i recently pre-ordered NBA 2K13 PC in Australia, l got it on the 2nd October (3rd today) and it is suppose to come on the 5th of October in Australia l am having a few issues with installing i keep getting this error after the game has been installed and l run it off my desktop

Wrong disc inserted. Please insert the original "NBA2K13" CD/DVD. Please have a look at http://www.securom.com/message.asp?m=wrongdisc for further, more detailed information.

Idk whats the issue the right disk is in and l still get this issues, Someone Help Me??

First of all, don't bump the thread after 40 minutes of no response. Someone will answer you eventually, like I'm doing now, but bumping may deter people from even bothering to help.

With that out of the way, if you really have the original disc in and you're having problems, there's nothing we can do. You should contact Securom support, and they'll tell you what to do to fix this.

Nah, he doesn't have the disc yet. He just paid for his disc, using the other way until he gets it if I'm reading right?

No no l got the disk the real nba2k13 disk, i finished installing it and when i run it from my desktop l get that error when the disk is actually in my dvd rom

how many dvd roms do you have, and what letter drive is it?

i have 1 dvd rom which is DVD RW Drive (D:) and l have a magicdisk one which is (F:)

the letter im using is (D:)

try disabling the magicdisk one

Maybe SECURom hates your disc drive.

any clues guys? is it possible if someone can contact 2ksports saying they have this issue because i am in Australia and l got a early release and i am suppose to get it on the 5th.. please anyone?

Rip the disc and mount it with Daemon Tools.

should l make it a iso file and then mount it on daemon tools

did you try un instaling and re installing it maybe there was an issue during the process idk just a thought usually for me after its installed i dont even need the disc anymore to play

OK, this thread is moving towards topics that will help the wrong type of people,

PeterDaS4int1313, you have a very specific issue that we obviously dont know how to handle. I think you need to try and get support through the official channels and "risk" the whole 2 days early thing.
