The Retail game (for us) costs about 60$ and we have it more than a month after the release date.

That may be the case where you're at, but here in the states, Amazon offers the DD version for $26.99 and the disc version for $29.99. DD is $3.00 cheaper for some reason. This the PC version btw. Still hasn't been explained why most think the DD is better.
