FINNALY!I am happy because of Slam Dunk Contest because on 2k10 and 2k11 was(to me)almost immposibru to dunk and now looks like Guitar Hero...About 3-pt contest even Shaq chould won it!!!Just wanna change that and do not care about All Star game BBVA game itself..By tha way do PC users get All-Star?Do we need to pre-order or just get the game???

No, PC players don't get it. Not even if they pre-order.

Kotaku article said the normal blacktop dunk contest and 3-point shootout will be in the game regardless of platform and/or pre-order, but that actually puzzles me because almost the entire Blacktop was taken out of the game and sold as a DLC for 2K12.

Common man,first they didn't give as Blacktop,than release Legend Showcase JUST for PS3 and Xbox 360,and now just give All Star to console users....Man thats messed up

No, the PC market is just smaller and it's not a priority as a result. I still think this is the wrong to go on all fronts, the All-Star Weekend should be a core feature across all platforms, not a pre-order bonus. At least 360 and PS3 users might be able to get it later via DLC but even then they'd be paying for something that should be in the game in the first place.

I can understand wanting to reward loyal customers but this just isn't the kind of thing that should be bonus content. Extra shoes or jerseys, a code for some kind of attribute boost for My Player, a collectible of some sort...anything but a core feature.

There's no guarantee that the All-Star Weekend is in NBA Live 13; it wasn't in NBA Live 10. However, if 2K doesn't have exclusive rights to include it, then this year would be a great opportunity for EA to bring it back as a base mode - as it should be - to give Live a little extra something.

Ordered to zavvi.com regular version for PS3. When did pre-order, I have them in trvittere said that the code will be e-mail. Today, I write them with the code: in the box with the disc. manager says:

I can confirm that the DLC codes are within the game so as soon as you receive your game you be able to use you bonus content.

The disc itself is not yet come, just ask in advance.

Maybe someone has already received a code on your e-mail?

actually it did come with the original pc installer..
