How do you change the sliders for my career?

im sure you use a tool, but endless searching has surprisingly not found me much help on this subject.

I want to play my career with the same set I play with my Assoc (using the great Med's roster with all his settings etc.)

is there a simple enough way to do it? or a youtube vid / guide that can help me.
