MipMap problems with texture of 3D parts (hair, beard)

I had a 3D hair in my player iff-file
I want to make black hair for him. Using Photoshop, exported dds-file with DXT5 settings.

OK. Time to import.
When I import created dds, 3DM Mod Tool give me some error, but the result is. My black hair are imported in iff-file.

But when I goin through MIPMAP menu I see this

Why?
What right settings for textures of 3D-parts is? Does anyone know?

save as 8.8.8.8 ARGB 32 bpp | unsigned DO not save as DXT5

hi MGX, i am currently working on my 3d hair in nba 2k11, how can i achieve good variety of colors on such hair, can i do it in nba mod tool?,
i tried editing the BMP file that the mod tool provided for hair texture, i tried changing the color from black to yellow but when i check it in the game, only the inside layer of the hair changed it color but the outer layer didn't,
HOW CaN I EDIT THE COLORS 3D HaIR TEXTURES aND COME UP TO DESIRaBLE RESULTS?
HOPE YOU CaN HELP ME

but NBa 2kmod tool provides me a BMP file, and i can't import DDS file when the default format for hair there is BMP,
can i use 3dmod tool for nba 2k11? i mean i am currently using "nba 2kmod tool and it is different from "3dmodtool" that "rh1no" used,
what should i do?
