Need Help fixing crowd

I have the weirdest issue
I remember playing with some crowd retexturing mods and the next thing I knew I had a segment of crowd in Madison Square Garden with these super bright and colorful people! Pics are below:
The weird thing is that even after restoring the original gamedata.iff, gamedataextra.iff, and the original crowd and arena files (team_014.iff, f014.iff respectively) the problem still exists.
Anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it?

I found the source of the problem, it's the stadium lighting in the modded S014.iff file I downloaded in the "30 NBA Team Courts Mod Pack"
Needs to be fixed, until then stay away from that particular file in the mod pack. Otherwise, it's a great mod form what I can tell.
