How to create/edit plays?

So I recently created my high school team in CAT but I came across something. We have a play that is not in the game and I'd love to make it. Is there any way to do it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's no create-a-play feature in the game.

And no way to modify the game files for plays?
