Player ingame downrated, red Ratings

Does some of you guys know why some of my players are downrated in game, even with top morale and team chemistry?
i play with the hawks, one of my players has an overall rating of 81, but in game Perimeter d, ballhandling and some other skillz are red and downrated, so he has just an overall rating of 76... Team chemistry is about 75, and his morale is at 90 or 100

nah, good idea but i ain´t no silly guy. Play dat game for years, and it´s the first time that i recignize thangz like this... i hope inserting imiges will work

Red ratings across the row would indicate an injury that can't be played through, so given that some ratings are red and others aren't (and I'm guessing those guys are actually playable), that wouldn't be it. Assuming it's not a bug related to morale and chemistry, perhaps it's season fatigue?

It is absolutely fatigue. I noticed this a while back, if you sit the player and rest him his ratings will go back up. After half time the ratings jump back up also

Sure? dis pc is from the beginning of the first quarter, not one second played..and no season fatigue. cause i had no game or practice for 5 days

Well then, we've exhausted all the possible explanations. It's a mystery.

It's the sliders. Try adjusting them and watch the arrows go from red to green.

Did you check the player morale for the two guys in the last image? The first image looks like you edited a global slider so everyone's rating was lower in that category.
