Hello, ive been here enjoying NBA 2k13 pc for alomost a week and i enjoy myself. But i would be in love if i could rid the annoying shuttering i get in screen. Its weird because i get 58-60 fps in most games.
Im running a:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8300 @ 2.83GHz
5gd ddr2 memory
Geforce gtx 650 1gb
Windows 7 64bit
My settings are:
My frame rate- medium
Monitor- 1
Resolution- 1360 x 768
Refresh rate- 60
Window mode- off
Vsync- on
Anti-aliasing (msaa)- 2x
Anti-aliasing quality- n/a
Player- high
Crowd- low
Sideline- on
Texture quality- high
Depth of field- off
Floor reflection- on
What changes should i make?

Where does the stutter occur? Is it throughout the entire game or does it just happen every now and then? Is there a pattern to it, like every time you cross halfcourt or What kind of frame rate are you getting? "Medium" usually means 30-40, but that wouldn't cause any stutter.

options for frame rate and monitor are greyed out. I run fraps and i get 60 but it flickers to 58-59. I get the stuttering all game, looks as if its just my monitor but it doesnt happen with any other game. Frame rate drops for cuts in play like timeouts, cut scenes (few since i play online mainly), and i had a few games where it dropped in second half to the 40 range.

Try turning V Sync off.

Synchronizes the frame rate with the vertical refresh rate of your monitor. It removes screen tearing, limits the maximum frame rate to equal the refresh rate, but can also cause your frame rate to dip to 30 when your computer can't display enough frames to keep up with the sync.
