Anyone know the way to win husstle plays on HOF ?

95% of the time when ball goes out of bounds and teamate is hustling to get it i never get the ball, but cpu always gets and always to their team. How to win hustle plays and those voleyball rebounds that hapen time to time. What is timing and on those rebounds do you press rebound or shot button to get ball?

Currently I'm using sliders from Operation Sports with Slimm44s Rosters, but the ball is usually 50/50 for me when players are chasing for the loose ball. And for rebounds I use the rebound button, don't forget to boxout this helps 90% of the time.
