Converting cyberfaces

How to convert NBA 2k12 cyberfaces to 2k13? I mean all the headshape, etc. not just the textures.

Start here, this works for 2K12 to 2K13 though it was made for 11 to 12

But I want to convert the face which is not in NBA at all...
