The reason why All Star Weekend and No Stars On Blacktop is because when the game was released for the PC it was an incomplete release. From an article l was reading it is said that the game will be fixed and full features on October 16th.. Now l know it sucks for all of us that brought the game earlier, but hopefully 2K will patch the game for us early game grabbers so we don't have to buy the new copy on October 16th. Like l said l am not 100% if this is true, but if all new features are on the new release of 2k13 October 16th, Lets hope for a patch..

The late DD release for PC could be because of early fixes to the PC game. They couldn't postpone the retail release, but a DD release is easily postponed.

You include the All Star Weekend in your assumptions though, and we're not getting the 3PT shootout or Dunk Contest, this much should be clear.

Whether the late DD release means a PC patch is planned to fix some issues and that the DDs will get those fixes in the game day 1, or whether it was a completely different screw-up, remains to be seen.

I don't see why 2K would care about the PC version at all, though.

Anyone having problems playing online? i have nba 2k13 repack and i can't play online i get 'you must be sign in to access this feature'
