my logos are gone and my game is crashing

When I put in the file named

logos_medium.iff

that I have edited a bit in NBA2KX Mod Tool the logos in quick game and in the manage roster, etc. is gone, and after a few seconds in the game crashes unless I play a game quickly before the crashes occurs, help I don't know how to fix this, also when I open my backup in NBA2KX Mod so I can re-do what I did before it would say this even though that proofs that the file is NOT a '.cdf' file. thx

Sorry about this guys, I solved the problem, I guess the .cdf file got to be where the original .iff located is
