anyone know how to edit dunks or animations

in the 2k12 forums jaosming touched on hex editing some of the animation files to change how certain animations work

I have found that 2k13 still contains animaitons for the dunk contest
Animations_dunkcontest.iff
signature_anims.iff contains all of the signature animations... but I think some are not used such as the jrich 360 between
the legs but is still in the file
