A Little Help about .iff files :D

Hi guys , just wanted to know what else can i remove from the game to make it run 30 fps and so on..
i have removed the crowd.iff , lower all settings except from texture quality ..
and my game is running 23-29 FPS .. any other stuffs that i can take out like blacktop mode , etc ?

it speeded up to 35-40 fps .. thanks
