PLEASE HELP: NBA2K13 ONLINE ACCOUNT

i got i new computer and when i installed the game and try to connect with my old account it said: account does not exist
please help I tried to change password and email and didnt help please help

Yes, unfortunately you'll have to contact 2K Support about that, they're the only ones who can help you retrieve accounts and issue new CD keys. Hopefully they don't repeat these issues with NBA 2K14.
