Help with draft class making

I would like to start making draft classes but i didn't found any topics related to draft class making. If there is anyone here that is kind to put some tips, links, tuttorials because i am new to this and i will use it to make draft classes just for my acc and if i become good in this maybe some releasing. I presumed that noone will answer this so i will make a request since in nba 2k12 legend draft classes where released and it was so much fun, is anybody making anything like that, year by year legend draft classes(without celebrities afc) maybe update in progress
