custom teams that are considered like nba-teams

Hi,
I want to add custom teams from other leagues to the 2k13 main game but, the players that I create are in the team but also in the free-agents pool.
How can I change this fact so that the game considers my custum teams as nba-teams where you can make transfers.
I already have the roster editor.
