Blender Noob

how can i put hair in bald headshape? for example kemba walker, how can i put hair on him? is it possible in Blender?

If you find out let me know, only certain ppl give answers but for the most part the CF modders give no support unless its to one another it really sucks, I just dont want you thinking someone might actually help just keep trying different things
