I should be able to max this out easy, but I cant.
The other day I was getting about 52-53 fps, now today it's a shade over 30. a lot of slow down and vertical lines. Basically not smooth and very annoying.
I tinkered with the Nvidia control panel and turn Vertical sync to adaptive and put triple buffering on, while taking all setting off in game. Still no difference. I can't open d3doverrider. I close my browser and it still wont open
I'm a bit jealous when people tell me they are getting 120+ fps and my rig is more powerful than them..
Can anybody help me?

I have WinXP64
8 Gig DDR3
a lesser processor and a lesser video card.
I don't check FPS, but there is no slow down and there are no screen glitches.
