How do you add shine on Jerseys?

Hi I would like to ask how do you add shine on jerseys like these?? what will I do to the Alpha jersey?

it is an unknown value that causes it within the iff file itself.

r4a001 is shiny like that though (bucks retro), so you could use that iff file as a base for your uniform, but then you have to deal with whatever number and name placement it has.
