NBA 2K13 PC Crashing

I Have NBA 2K13 on pc, run through steam. Every time i load any association file, it completely crashes. They were all working yesterday and this morning. I have not changed any settings or used reditor on any of the files. I loaded up a my career and season, playoff saves without problem. anyone else having this problem?

Ok so i tried downloading the latest official file form 2k. tried to start a new association with it, and the game crashed again. only with assoc mode.
