Where to get missing players like Pablo Prigioni or Rasheed Wallace? In official rooster update November1st they are still missing?

Rasheed Wallace is in the latest official roster update. You can either try one of the unofficial roster updates available in the Releases section or wait for 2K to add the missing players to the official roster (whenever that might be).
