Texture problem/question

As you can see here, LeBron's face is blurry and ugly and his arm and tattoos are blurry too.. But before that I checked it in the 3D viewer of 3DM Tool and the textures are fine and sharp... How can I fix this? btw all graphics/video settings are maxed out except AA and Resolution... This problem didn't occur when I was modding 2K11 before.. The textures there were fine and sharp...

2K reduced the quality or what you call the texture resolution that is why it looks blurry in-game.

it is unfortunately normal, hopefully 2K fixes this in the patch
