What are the MUST HAVE game art mods?

first of all im sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but as i said in the title, can you recommend me about mods you must have in the game to make it look more realistic?
im talking about players who look nothing like themselves or a bit different and there is already a cyberface update someone made for those guys...
im talking about courts updated in real life and still not in the online data..
and maybe you can offer some more types..

Clips, Bobcats, and Spurs just got updated through 2K today. I think that is all of the major court redesigns finally updated.

The great thing about mods, it's all about your preference. If you come across a player in-game that looks nothing like his portrait or like you noticed on a recent highlight or game in real life, do a search in the forum and see if someone has updated them.

For me, a must have art mod will have to be the generic player head models and textures. That would be a big project, though.
