i downloaded a plug in, the normal map filter one on gimp 2.6, the installation requires putting some dll files in the GTK folder. The problem is that when I checked my common files in the program files folder, the GTK is not there. Please help resolve this problem. pls

each gimp installation can be different, figure out your version and use google to find the folder.

I was wondering if it is possible to increase the number of players allowed per team via hex-edit?

I only have the free version of REditor so I cant increase it.
