ok , the only reason i asked it because i am on the 360. nad not sure which set of numbers to convert to hex to use in the game.

How do you use all of those shoes? I renamed the KD IV's to shoe_141_00.iff but it didn't work. :\

shoe_141_00 is the KD 4's ID already and it's hidden.

rename it as pshoeXXXX.iff, those four last digits should be renamed with the players CF ID u choose.
e.g shoe_110_00 (KD II) to pshoe1254 (Royal Ivey's)

nope, other than u use 'em the way I use 'em, I believe 2K just being lazy to get rid of last year's leftover files..

but, maybe certain .iff files will show up when the real season begins idk, I mean those empty slots

bro the my player shoes is right there at the %appdata% files, you can see there shoes and the iff file would be shoe_0002 for the jordan my payer signature shoe. maybe u are using pshoes for Kobe, Wade or Durant? cause it won't work, unless u assign the shoes as nshoes..

1. choose the shoes u want to assign, for example, shoe_529_00 (Jordan Big Ups)
2. rename it to nshoe_ingame_home_0600 and/or nshoe_ingame_away_0600 (Kobe's), u can assign different shoes for home/away..
always make backups of original files..
3. then it will show up in the game, I hope this helps..

If you want to use the nshoes for your my player shoes, go to %appdata% file, click the nba2k12 there you can see folders,. look for the shoes folder, that folder contains your created jordan shoes when jordan asks you to be an endorser. it is named shoe_0002 and so on.... So if you wanna use the nshoes, just rename it to shoe_0002. Hope this helps...
