Why is it horrible ? If you say my mistakes i can correct them.

At least he tries man, if instead of just saying it's horrible you try to help him he'll get much better.

Personally, I see that Tyreke Evans very big, they should be thinner. And his nose is thinner too. Bigger previews would be very good, at that size I can't appreciate a lot of stuff.

He didn't even do anything to the tyreke cyber face he just made the mouth an nose bigger, like its even need to be bigger it was just fine the way it was on default

bynums headshape improved but it still could use some improvements. The left and right corners of the afro on bynum looks pointy , maybe u can smooth that part out. As for tyreke, i think you use the default 2k headshape since that headshape is good already.

I use default headshape but then i think his chin must be a little bigger.So i have just made this on headshape and i edited skin color.What do you think ?

Honestly, he doesn't look like Rudy Gay. His eyes are too big, the lips too, the ears must be a bit bigger and I think the texture you used doesn't make him look good. Try with these one:
