So for those unfamiliar with past editions of Blacktop Revitalization that I did for 2K10 and 2K11, basically I add to the Blacktop Mode with a roster that doesn't/shouldn't work for other gamemodes.
This year, I took the players from the 360's Legends DLC (which also has a current NBA Players pool) and used them as the players for the mod. I took all of them and split them into Teams based on Dunking/3 Point Shooting/Passing/Dribbling/Blocking abilities, then a few Misc teams to get everyone included. So instead of finding players on their teams, you find "Retro Dunk 1, Retro Dunk 2, Retro Handles 1, ... Current Handles 2, etc). I also took some D-League players and put them on "Generic" teams, so you can have some peons to destroy with super teams. Also, all names have been replaced with that player's nickname, if they have one, and Generic players go by their first name.
On the PC, the game will randomly choose between 9 courts, including the two that came with the game, 4 created from my NBA Street mod, and 3 created with on-disc arenas and courts.
On the 360, the game will randomly choose between 6 courts, including the two that came with the game, the Times Square DLC arena, and 3 created with on-disc arenas and courts.
