The current Globetrotters have 29 players on their current roster. The team has different squads that tour at the same time. I added the players with the most time on the roster and based on watching a game on ESPN. I also took heights into consideration. The Trotters don't use a conventional roster. They don't have a true center. They have a position named "playmaker". He is the "center of attention". He usually is the lead person in their passing routines and hijinks. This is the position manned in the past by Goose Tatum and Meadowlark Lemon and currently by Kevin "Special K' Daley. The rest of the players are listed as forwards or guards. I changed some actual heights and weights so the Trotters would have players comparable to the NBA teams. For example Meadowlark Lemon could not compete as a 6' 2" center. I also improved the 3PT ratings for some ABA players so they would be competitive. Some actors in Semi-Pro were listed as "Tropics Player" so I used their real name.
I did not make any cyberfaces, the 'create a player' feature was used. Some classic players do have cyberfaces that are available at NLCS. The Globetrotters have high ratings because they all have skills at passing, shooting and jumping. If you don't like the ratings or lineups, edit them yourself. If you don't want Wilt or Connie Hawkins on the Legends team there are 20 players to choose from. I hope you enjoy playing as the Trotters or the other teams and treating the opponents like the Washington Generals.
I highly suggest that you use the Jonesoft Generic Mod Enabler to avoid any conflicts with other mods. Leftos has written a tutorial which includes a download link. viewtopic.php?f=143&t=84240&p=1466457&hilit=enabler#p1466457
Installation: If you choose to copy these files without using the JSGME back up any files that may be overwritten. Copy all files to your root NBA 2k12 folder. ex C:\Program Files\2K Sports\NBA 2K12 If you want to use a ball copy the file too. A Harlem Globetrotters ball and a 1967 ABA Basketball with Commisioner George Mikan's signature are included.
FYI. Season and Association modes do NOT work. I could not get custom dornas to work so the originals are still used. Portrait files were not done to avoid conflicts. Legend retro uniforms were based on black and white photos so they probably aren't accurate. Floor files were not hex edited so therefore the colors are not perfect. No low resolution textures are included.
