Yeah, unless they are going to translate it to English, it's not happening.

nicoyerel, thank you for reuploading, but please don't link to that website you originally got it from.
Opinions are my own.

So you run this first before starting the game? Or is it the other way around?

After downloading this, there are 2 files in the archive. One's a copy. In my experience, the original trainer couldn't be started as well, but the copy works fine. So maybe you should try firing up the copy instead jzero.

I sure do hope someone will eventually translate this trainer to English and add player tendencies sliders (specifically flashy pass (Y) ).

On the third column, the first box means your drill number. Similarly, on the third column, the last box on the first section where you can actually type something means the weight, and the one directly above it, the height of your player. On the first column, the first box is supposed to be the skill level with the first drop down being the easiest level and so on. If you see his picture he has provided, on the first column second box you can turn fatigue levels on or off, with the first option on the drop down box meaning off. On the first column, you will see in the picture nicoyerel has provided has a box with 5 in it and directly below it, a 12. This 5 means the length of the games, and the 12 means the simulated game lengths (so if you played 5 min quarters and bots played 12 min quarters, it would be easier for bots to beat you in terms of coming first in a field such as rebounds). On the second column, the first and second box mean score of your team and your opponents team, and the third box means jump to quarter. Don't know any more so figure it out for yourself :D

Thank you so much, AkatsukiTaka! (Y)
I want to add some info too:

As you can see, it's a CF replacement tool. You create/edit a player in the game, and then in the player edit screen, you alt+tab out of the game and switch to the trainer, enter your desired CF number in those fields (example: if it's png9999 you enter 9999 in there), then tick the tick-mark thingy and then click the OK button, and then return to the game.

If any of you are confused on how assigning cfs/portraits works with the trainer, here's a quick run down to help. I know some have already posted a help, but a different perception always helps.

EDIT: as discussed below, a CAP in MyPlayer has it's skin tone options locked after the intial creation. Switching a CF will cause the legs to revert to the default white (see last picture) which you cant edit. This would be better suited for plain Roster Management or Association, or if your MyPlayer is a white player

1: First things first, find the cf/port you want to exchange into the roster, or any other mode in the game that allows you to edit the player.

find a cf# here: http://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=144&t=82626

Image

2: Boot NBA 2K12, and navigate to your player you want to change (via Roster Management, or MyPlayer, Association)

Edit the player. (In this case, I've made a quick player in MyPlayer mode.)

Image

3: Hit Alt-Tab to minimize to go to desktop (game should be running in background!). Open the Chinese Trainer found here, http://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=143&t=82611

Image

(Above) Once opened the Chinese tool detects the player you are editing in-game. As you see, there should be two slots filled with numbers, in this case '3032', this represents the portrait, 3032 is the default 3D generated pic. The other '65535' is the created player we are editing, the CF.

4: Change these numbers with the CF and Portrait numbers you have found in the first link.

Image

5: As the image depicts, this is the order in which you must edit.
(1) Edit the Portrait/CF numbers respectively.
(2) Go to the drop box and select the first symbol (or top choice).
(3) Click this button.

6: Alt-tab back into the game, it's very important, you save the edited player even though he still looks like a CAP.
When you go back to the character in edit (or in my case, back to the MyPlayer home) you notice the CF has changed.

Image

hope this helps

If they were a regular created player you would just change the skin tone in the edit player, the CF will still stick, but then you match the skin tone in Edit Player.

You bring up a good point though with MyPlayer as the legs jump to white after you change the CF, and I found it locks the option... hmmm, I'm not sure :?

the 65535 number is my cyberface id.

where is the cyberface stored in game so i can open it an edit it with modtool?
As i dont want to change my created player into a real player i would just like to change his arm textures.

I looked through my nba2k12 folder but could not find any 65535.png file

You wont find it, because '65535' doesn't hold any textures (.dds), like tattoos, or a face -- it takes those textures from a generic .iff (i'm not sure which, I think Global.iff) holding those textures which are like skin tones and what not. The actual head shape of your created player is from a custom headshaping engine 2K made (in fact you can find this engine in a lot of different Take-Two games, including Elder Scrolls Oblivion).

Your best bet is to either personally make a CF face and import it with the importing/exporting tool Nba2kway put out and then put it in the roster like I detailed above or edit a previous one into what you like, but you can't edit the headshape or face of a created player anymore than what's available in-game. In other words, the sliders that you set in Create a Player are just information that it sends to the engine as you select that player, there is no physical file for that player.

sorry man

Cheers bro, makes it a lot clearer :applaud:
Guess we'll have to wait for vl@d's editor to gain full control over the legs and such
But thanks a lot (Y)

I've made a picture with a simple translation of this trainer but I need help from someone who speaks chinese...

There is only a few gaps in the translation now.

The third one in the third column, under Teammate Chemistry and the button next to the savebutton in the bottom right column.
The numbers under the age is also unknown to me.

See the attached file...

Thanks!
