yea that might have to be edited in Iff CDF Studio once that tool is updated also

I hope Mod Tool still works for this ones just like 2k11 logo's file.

I'd be willing to bet that the faces don't work because they have several versions of the face in one .iff. You know how they can update hairstyles, etc... they probably just have them all in one iff, and the way to activate which version of the face/hair they are currently using is through code/roster update.

Just my .02.

I'd say when we break one open, there are several new things in there. Great work though guys.

I was wondering how that works, but if you take Dirk's head and put it on Rondo, Dirks hair and everything shows up proper.

Dude 2k12 will be the modding beast this year they pretty much fixed everything graphically on pc this year just awesome pissed i have to go to work right now :lol:

Jerseys uncompressed : work. Even when we are not able to edit with Mod Tool
Cyber Faces uncompressed : don´t work. That´s the big mistery :lol:

yea it sounds like they really buggered with the CF file this year.....

This tool will help you to decompress NBA 2K12 files. Most of the files work except Cyber Faces and Jerseys. You select and NBA 2K12 file (iff) After that you click on decompress. The file uncompressed will be found in your NBA 2K12 Decompressor folder.
