Some suggestions:

Definitely bump up the part around his hairline. Take note of the dip at the top of his head. Fix nose shape on profile view, on front view the middle of his nose his really wide. Take note of his wide profile view, the back of his head goes out more than normal human beings (he's not human ).

For the head-body ratio, i suggest making his head a little bigger, then bringing it down a little, while bring up his trapezius muscles.
