ily94, yes you can I have been converting a lot of mines from last year all you have to do is delete everything from the headshape except for the head itself. Remove the eyes,teeth,headband etc. Now rename the headshape as 0-1. Now import a headshape from 2k12 but you have to click no when it asks you to reset. Then just move the 2k11 headshape in to place so that the eyes match then line everything else up . And delete the 0-1 model from the 2k12 headshape and export it like usual and you're done.

Are you importing the ones from Koresh and Amarowaade from the 2k11 project or are you making them from scratch?

since the new modtool allows stadium changes..

I'm sorry but i'm really new to this stuff so these are probably some dumb questions, but....

in order to download this or 2k11's mod you must have the pc game installed on your computer, right?
does this take up a lot of space on your computer and make it slower?
when will this be done and is it possible to still download the 2k11 mod?

goterps21, Yes to be able to play the mod you need the base game . The size can range anywhere from 7-10 gb for me after I keep installing mods etc. And I haven't experienced any decrease in speed on any of my pc's. When it will be done I don't know but yes you can still download the 2k11 mod there is even a 2k12 version of it for 2k11.

I have one question - will you release all these cyberfaces before the patch? Cause I wanted so hard to assign faces to the 2012 draft class...

With Reditor releasing in a few hours, I'll work all day on the roster and do some test....I will also like all patchers who have done cyberfaces for teams to send me their files so I can number them correctly and Jerseys and so forth..

That way I can get some previews up as I finish teams. I will do 30 to 60 teams at a time to see if it crashes or so forth.

plus I'll try to add some of the logos and names I've been working on.

Hey guys. I am really exited about this thing! I've always loved the gameplay of the NBA games, but I have always been a Collage Basketball fan. I'm in NC, so the Tarheels are my team. I must say that my favorite player (Marshal) looks amazing. But whats up with barns? was the pick just taken in a weird pose? Hasn't even started! So no estimated time...

I just got the Guru Key Purchased today for Reditor, and I'll begin the roster files and things will go from there....but I won't even release a alpha or beta until at least 60 teams or more are done without crashing and majority of the teams have CF's and not generics....
