Download Here Ultimate Base Roster V39 [250+ Total Teams] + Accurate Rosters/Rotations [ALL Transactions 1/27/13]

Major Updates in V39:
• Added the 1980-1981 Roster Mod and Version 2 of the 2004-2005 Mod
• Includes a "UBRV38 Association.ros" roster file which strips out all of the retro teams for those of you who just want the updated roster with flawless Season/Franchise mode. Don't worry the normal Ultimate Base Roster V39 with all the retros is still there too.
• All players on current teams have real portraits
• Added the updated 2012-2013 all-star teams for the East and West
• Added 40+ new and year-specific cyberfaces for players throughout the Season Mods
• Added the new Pelican's logo to a newly created team (does not replace New Orleans Hornets)
• Tweaked ALL Season Mods for updates. We now have 26 full season mods, the ABA mod, the All-Legends mod, the 60s and 70s Ultimate Basketball mods, and the Ultimate Base Roster (UBR) all compatible without affecting regular NBA2K12 files and they all work in season/association.

HAWK, when I load the All-Time Legend Rosters, and then load another expansion team (e.g. an ABA team) in the folder, in the all-time heat or all-time cavaliers, Lebron James's name changes to Lebron Brown! How can I fix it? Thank you so much!

The ratings don't actually mean a whole lot because the game assigns various "scores" for different skills and tendencies. A player with overall good defensive skills tends to rate higher than a player with good offensive skills given that these are of about equal ability. As such they can be a bit of a pain if you are doing a mod and worrying about what overall score a player is achieving. I completely ignore it and just try to make the player as accurate as his stats and playstyle indicated for that and surrounding seasons.

The best thing to do with overall ratings is to use them as a general guide if you don't know the players but basically they don't do anything in the game and are often overrated by players who get offended that one player outranks another.

Hey Hawk. So I went back and just changed OKC to Seattle. I changed the team, arena, and jersey files. All worked fine and worked in an exhibition game. When I go to play Assoc mode it freezes after assigning player roles. Is there something I have to change that I am missing. I have a feeling that's what it is I just can't figure out what.

The 1988 season is the 1987-88 season with teams as they were at the start of the playoffs in mid 1988. You can then use the 1988 draft to continue or if you want to play the 1988-89 season more accurately you would use the 89 mod as this has draft picks, off season signings and the rosters going into the playoffs for that season.

Have you installed all 4 parts of the download?

If you previously had it on the computer you are using you should only need to download Parts 3 & 4 but other than that there is no reason for it to crash

Are the ages correct in the 1990*** mod for the most part? They look good but would be nice to get a confirmation. I was using the version before you got your hands on it Hawk, a lot was changed. Just want to make sure these are correct to the best of your knowledge!

Put EVERYTHING from parts 1,2, and 3 in your game folder (NBA 2K12)...part 4 goes in your user/appdata/roaming/2k/saves...no reason it shouldn't work if you follow these steps

You gotta also load up the UBR or another year roster when you boot up your game (for me UBR automatically loads)

Carmello has been doing some excellent tweaking of coaching tendencies for the 80's mods and has managed to increase team scoring by about 10/games - which is what we were short by and the scoring leaders increase by 3 or 4 pts/game which is fantastic for accuracy.

Great job, Carmello and we will have to look at making changes to all 80's mods to make them even more realistic
