Thanks Ballaboi - I know you're not trying to be a prick. Some of the jerseys (for the very early teams) are not correct and are using the most closest jersey that resembles what it should be. Did you happen to find any jerseys that are incorrect that we DO have jerseys for? Because I can just re-assign jerseys that are incorrectly assigned. As far as making new jerseys Chrisbroadbeck is our jersey guru. I would suggest sending him a PM to see if perhaps he could make new ones. He has been in and out the last few months.

Hey Hawk im still here =) and im not sure why but when i try to send you this in pm it gives me an error. So to everyone else, sorry for this msg lol. I would like to explain some things i did and then you let me know what you want to do hawk
Ok so the roster is done, but it needs your tweaking if you choose for me to send it to you. Now im am going to tell you some things i have done in the roster, some you may not like or i dont know but anyways keep in mind this is the first time i have tried a roster of my own. OK so here's the deal..

When i originally started this roster i had no intention of releasing it only for the sole reason that i wasnt sure how to do things the correct way, such as adding/subtracting players. I would like to continue to learn so i can help out with the 2000s mods if possible. I really wanted/want to share what i made for anyone who wants it, because you guys have brought me joy in making this ubr and without the ubr, i couldnt even possibly come close to making what i made.

The way i use this mod as of right now is... i have all the stuff i made is in one folder called "2005 pack". I then use Generic Mod Enabler (JSGME) to enable my mods. Its the best app out there in my opinion. the program is simply awesome. I know whatever you choose to add, you'll put it in the ubr main folder and give it its own file name.

Ok so i took the 2006 mod and obviously used it as my base. I released all the players who were rookies in 2006 to the FA pool (I dont know how to delete/hide them) The players that i had to add for this mod were either retired (eg. reggie miller) or inactive for 2006. I also added players that were in rotations in 2005 that should have been in other mods such as 2006. All rosters are near perfect. Just missing guys that played like 10 gms or fewer that arent even worth creating. The way i added these players were by finding them in the other rosters and copying and pasting them into open slots and fake player slots. I didnt know another way. And for the players that are not anywhere else in the ubr i took one of those before mentioned slots and simply put their names in and gave them their correct skin tones and CF ids. There were quite a few players i had to make from scratch and re-did some other players i felt needed a bit of an upgrade (ruben patterson, pat garrity to name a few)

The main thing i wanted to focus on were how the players actually looked from that specific season. So i re-did alot of CFs. Take players like Carlos Boozer, Deshawn Stevenson etc.. Their physical appearance may have not changed a whole lot but they are covered in tattoos today where as in 05 they were not. I made players younger looking to give it a 2005 feel. I know your not too crazy about having alot of diff CFs for the same player throughout the ubr, but i really feel thats what makes a specific season mod exactly that.

I wanna say about half the the roster has some tweaks/overhauls when it comes to CFs. The rest or of course are from the ubr/2006 mod. I also tweaked some jerseys for more of an accurate look. Colors were off on some which bothered me so i went ahead and fixed those. I also did the Nuggets (Home & Road) and Hawks (Road) which needed more tweaking. Im also huge in gear. You'll find that everything in that department is 99% correct if not 100. I use this site (gettyimages.com) as my reference for how players looked exactly that yr and what gear they wore. You might like that site if you havent already heard of it. I type in "carmelo anthony 2005" and boom, i get his pics from in game action. What tattoos he had, what gear he wore. Im passing that site on, its awesome man.

Ok so this is the last thing i did and its something you may not like (maybe it can be fixed or something) but since i am a fan of the jerseys and gear and took a page from albys rosters (dont know if you've see his rosters) but he has the option in his rosters to have diff sets of accessory colors for his jerseys. So for example, Philadelphia.. I gave them 3 versions of home, road, and alt. Not all teams have this option cause i got my references as to what teams wore that season from that site. And i kept it real, didnt make up my own color schemes. Example, GSW wore tons of diff color armbands and headband combinations that yr and PORT basically kept it simple with the same scheme night in, night out. At first, I thought in order to do this, i would need as many slots as possible and im not a fan of the practice jerseys anyway so i used those slots but then i realized there were enough slots to keep the practice jrsys but i had already did 25 tms at that point. If the practice jrys are that important then maybe it can be fixed?? I dont know, again this was my 1st roster, and i was experimenting. I really like that multiple jerseys thing though. I think its a cool idea. Obviously for the 90s and 80s players didnt really wear a whole lot of gear thus having less colors to worry about. But for the seasons in the 2000s, players had all that diff gear and headbands so its a colorful time we live in now. Look at the shoes players are wearing today opposed to the 90s and 80s. Its crazy.

Sorry for this long ass message but i just wanted to give you the scoop before you give me the ok to send it. I didnt want to send it, then you look at and say "what the hell did this guy do" lol. Let me know what you think.

HAWK23, You could add that Ray's updated Suns "America West Arena" court for the 1992-93 mod, 1993-94 mod and 1994-95 mod. Also Ray's updated Spurs "Alamodome" court you can add for the 1993-94, 1994-95, 1995-96, 1996-97, 1997-98, 1998-99, 1999-00, 2000-2001, 2001-2002 mods (well if someone works on 2001-02 mod). Also you can add that Ray's Suns and Spurs updated courts for your UBR teams it is for 92-93 Suns team, 94-95, 97-98, 98-99 Spurs teams.

BTW check Kevin Duckworth weight in 1993-94 mod, not 1992-93 mod.

HAWK23, Once you have mention about teams logos, and ask what logos needs to add to be correct or something. Well i almost have made a list of (I check each teams logo and jerseys) logos and jerseys of 90’s for UBR V36 and Retro Mods of 90’s, which maybe not correct, missing and etc. If you want, i can write, just let me know.

P.s. just hope you don’t think, that I’m order to do as i say, just saw there needs to improve

I just had an idea I wanted to throw out there. An All-Star mod, with like 80 or 90 all star teams to choose from. That way you could face different era all-star teams against each other. Through all the season mods we have alot of all-star teams already to choose from. Could also put the decade teams in there as well. I just think that would be cool. So if any of the great modders affiliated with the UBR are up to it, that would be awesome!

I noticed that in several mods many (the same) players have wrong height or weight. i.e. I check all players of the 1994 mod and according to basketball-reference I found that these players have different height or weight than should be:

HAWK23, check Shaquille O'Neal of the Orlando Magic weight for the 1995-96 season mod, there is that bug with his weight, i think you know what i mean.

Will do Nuhmete - you're "the source" for jerseys.

Ones that we currently need are the Nets of 83 and 84 which had a script writing on front.

For upcoming mods we will need the 82 Denver strip which is a pretty basic white with blue trim, the 81 Pacers which is white like the 82 & 83 strip but has yellow letters and numbers and I think we can probably get away with using the Mavs away strip from 94-01 for their away blue outfit in 1981.

Use Reditor to reduce the shooting tendency for Pippen and adjust the play styles for Jordan to make "low post" a major play style for him. You could also change the ratio of shot frequencies for Jordan to give him more "inside" shots and less mid range and 3pt shots.

Broken - I will add the missing jerseys and change them if they are incorrect.... however some of the comments you made about the Bulls and Knicks logos are inaccurate... Bulls have had the same logo since 1957 and the Knicks primary logo has been the same.... also... the slight color difference with the Pacer's logo is hardly noticeable in the game, and I already mentioned the Clippers logo is close enough.

Im having so much fun wit these mods. just started the 84-85 season. first gM was the iceman vs the doctor. TALK ABOUT EXCITEMENT.. in my 88 mod the lakers are on a 25 gm win strk and i played them vs the bulls on christmas day dropped 67 wit mike and STILL LOST BY 3. 2MUCH FUN the pistons are on a 18 gm streak and have a matchup against the big 3 in boston (mchale injured). Artis gilmore just signed to help sure up there frontline. should be a good game

The 83 mod will be the first one where people can play with Kobe's dad, Joe "Jellybean" Bryant and his uncle (mum's brother) Chubby Cox

You have to love the nicknames of some of the 80's players

There are a heap of new players that needed to be created for the 83 mod, for some reason it was the only or final season (we're working backwards here people) for lots of players.

Broken - I will add the missing jerseys and change them if they are incorrect.... however some of the comments you made about the Bulls and Knicks logos are inaccurate... Bulls have had the same logo since 1957 and the Knicks primary logo has been the same.... also... the slight color difference with the Pacer's logo is hardly noticeable in the game, and I already mentioned the Clippers logo is close enough.

I'll look into the rest of what you mentioned though

I just did a bunch of work... I did all of broadsuns tweaks and almost all of brokens... I also have new versions of 88 and 89 like tree mentioned, a new version of 2006 by nuhmete, and a 2001 mod by nick to upload... Plus it sounds like 83 is almost done - and I don't have any work to do this weekend. So today should be a big update weekend!

btw if you could check and if you could add Harvey Grant goggles for the Wizards in 97-98 mod and add Harvey Grant goggles for the 76ers in 98-99 mod.
check Sean Rooks of the hawks skin tone (i think he had different colors: head, arm, legs) and if you could add Grant Long goggles for the hawks in 95-96 mod and check Shaquille O'Neal of the Magic weight in 95-96 mod

I did change all of the arena names you mentioned (except I didn't change the Arco Arena or Madison Square Garden ones with the roman numerals... that would have just been silly.... but I did do all of the rest
