Ultimate Base Roster V36 [250+ Total Teams] + Accurate Rosters/Rotations [ALL Transactions 1/1/13]

All NBA Champions since the 1970's PLUS many more teams [257 total teams]! ALL teams now work in season/association mode!

Major Updates in V36:
• Added the 1983-1984 Season Mod & All-Time Legends Mod
• Includes a "UBRV36 Association.ros" roster file which strips out all of the retro teams for those of you who just want the updated roster with flawless Season/Franchise mode. Don't worry the normal Ultimate Base Roster V36 with all the retros is still there too.
• All players on current teams have real portraits
• Added 11 new cyberfaces for players throughout the Season Mods
• 4 new retro courts added / 1 new set of retro jerseys added (SD Clippers)
• Added 5 new logos applicable to some teams in the UBR and Season Mods
• Major revamping of the 1991-1992 Season Mod & 1995-1996 Season Mod was completed (100% accurate rosters/rotations)
• Applied accurate accessories to all of the 90's Season Mods
• Applied accurate coaching tweaks to all Season Mods (100% accurate)
• Applied accurate shoes for Michael Jordan across all Season Mods
• Tweaked ALL Season Mods for updates. We now have 20 full season mods, the ABA mod, the All-Legends mod, and the UBR all compatible without affecting regular NBA2K12 files and they all work in season/association.
• Current NBA Teams Rosters/Rotations up to date as of Tuesday, January 1st, 2013.

*Fixed an issue with the Sophomore logo coming up incorrectly

Tonight I created and added a late 70's/early80's SD Clippers logo AND their 1983-1984 SD Clippers logo:

Now... I'm thinking about adding these logos while I'm at it, as I'd be able to supplement them in the Ultimate Base Roster:

(this logo would cover Celtics teams from 1950-1968)

(this logo would cover Lakers teams from 1960-1976)

(this logo would cover Sixers teams from 1963-1977 [I was a little surprised we didn't have this one already])

After viewing that link I posted at the top... does anyone else feel I should add any other logos? I think it's pretty cool, because if you view that link you'll notice we've added NEARLY all of them... let me know your thoughts... for now I've added the 2 SD clippers logos and will probably end up doing the Boston, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles one above as well.

Thoughts?

I will go ahead and make the Warriors one, but the difference between the Kings logo you mentioned and the one we have is such a subtle change of color that I feel like it works okay as is.

Hawk can you please enable pshoes for everyone? I have accurate shoes for a lot of the 80's & 90's assigned as pshoes but when a player's shoes are edited the pshoes are disabled.

Hey now that the 80's seasons are almost totally in there, I was wondering if anybody is working on mods for the early 2000's? Like 01,02,03,04,05? Also is there anyway to transfer the season mods from 2k13 to this mod? Cause I know the urb has 2008 til current, including 2011/12. Awesome job on this mod by the way for all participants involved. Unless this mod can be duplicated down the line on 2k13, this might be the 2k that gets played for years to come.

I know NicktheQuick is working on some 2000's mods... Nuhmete has also expressed interest in doing some 2000's work too...

BTW based on the tweaks I've had to do on the mods that Skoadam (the URB guy) created, we wouldn't want to transfer those mods to 2K12... we'll get there...

Alright... I'm basically ready to release V36... I'm going to hold out a few more hours in hopes that I receive a file from Reddwarf... if I don't get it soon I'll just release...

I did finish completely re-vamping the 95-96 Mod (took A LOT of work) - that will be released along with UBRV36 and all the new art.

The way pshoes work is you add a pshoe.iff file to the the the 2k12 folder (not saves folder) each pshoe file has a four digit number which is the players portrait number. So if you wanted to assign a pair of shoes to Luc Longley you would name the file (pshoe1761) because Luc Longley's portrait id is 1761. Everyone has pshoes enabled but once you change a players shoes and save then the pshoes disappear and are disabled, you can edit the colors but you can't change shoes. To make the pshoes reappear you have to change this value in reditor.

yet another great great update guys. sorry i havent been on in a little bit... was doing a lot of family stuff the last week or so. yall know how the holidays are lol. tomorrow (new years) is almost my first wedding anniversary so i will still be gone a little bit. once i come back though i will start trying to work on that mod. i havent really got used to the programs i was showed but i will sit down and read the tutorials soon when im done with the holidays. but i just wanted to at least say that V36 looks awesome. thank you very much guys.

I'm in the middle of re-vamping the 1997 Mod (similarly to how I re-vamped the 96 mod yesterday). I've already made a ton of progress and should be able to finish that one today. Still will need to create about 15 players or so from scratch, but not nearly the task with creating the 30+ players that were needed for the 96 mod.

Alright! I finished this major re-vamping of the 1997 Mod.... a lot of good work put into tweaking this mod to make it perfect including adding all missing players to teams, adding all accurate free agents, and editing all lineups and minute rotations.

I'm close to finalizing an update to the 1993 roster... I did a sweep through to ensure all players are correct ad added all relevant free agents are in the FA list... I also ensured all teams have accurate lineups and minute rotations. There are still about 8-10 players I need to create from scratch to complete this. Should be done today.

My goal is, by Sunday, to have done these types of major re-vamps to every season Mod, to make sure at the very least, that all players are on correct teams, all players hat should be free agents are there, and that all lineups and rotations (including accurate minutes) are complete. I'm almost there... just need to do 88, 94, *95, 98, 99, and 00. The others have already been done.

*I'll hold off on 94-95 until Ray releases his final version - then I'll make it compatible with the UBR and double check things

Hey Hawk there's a 2k glitch with James Worthy's dunk package. If you edit and save Worthy in game then he'll lose his dunk package and get Dominque's. Pippen had the same problem before the the official 2k update, they fixed Pippen but not Worthy. The only way to give Worthy his dunk package back is through reditor by changing ADunk (Dunk Package) to 29 (Worthy Dunk Package).

My favorite 80's team is Denver Nuggets. Hot smooth basketball! And I love your jobs guys especially the stats you add in 80s mods. But, I am almost sure that in 1986 and 1985 mod Denver Nuggets' court (McNichols) is not the right one. Could you please fix that as well as the play types of Alex English in every mod (the tendencies are fixed, at least for the 80's mod I have played so far). He often runs around the three-point area (play type 3 is 3pt and I think should be post low). Thanks guys!!

These are awesome you guys! Im having a problem with the 84 roster though. When i try to use it for Association, it randomly freezes up simulating games (haven't played out any games yet with it). At first I thought it was something I messed up because I copied the save and then deleted the awards history down to the 83 season and that's when it first froze when i started up an association with that save. So i tried again simming with the 84 roster without my edits and it froze up twice more. Anyone else having freezing problems? I also had the 84 draft class loaded into the game if that would make a difference. Haven't checked it without doing that yet. Probably something dumb I messed up on somehow, but just wanted to point it out in case it wasn't.

Hi Carmello - I am in the middle of revamping the 84, 85, 86 and 89 mods and will look at changing Alex English because I agree with you that the 3pt shot wasn't really a major part of his game, and will also have a look at the 3 McNichols arenas available and see if 1 is more suitable.

After that we go on to the 1983 mod and the all-conquering 76ers of that year.
