I plan on going through the roster file and releasing V3....

I will include big man fixes (Cs/PFs/SFs) dribbling the ball up the court... I'll also go through some of the pages and fix any other minor errors I can....

Does anyone else have any pertinent fixes for V3? List them below

Thanks a TON for the NBA on NBC mod! LOVE IT! One VERY minor thing...in pre-game I still get a TNT logo (this one had overwrote TNT base) that could be replaced with that nba/nbc logo...again, NO big deal just thought I'd let yall know...thanks again this is way too awesome!

*Fixed big men bugs for PFs/Cs/SFs who are dribbling the ball up the court
*Fixed individual box scores bug with random players showing up
*Assigned the Nets franchise the New Jersey logos NOT the Brooklyn logos
*Double checked Jerome Williams CF is included in zip
*Add portraits for ALL the remaining players that don't have one - courtesy Nuhmete

The following tweaks were made by NicktheQuick and will be included:
Assigned look-a-like CF for all head coaches, where real coach CF was not available.
Assigned a few assistant coaches- Bulls, Lakers, Spurs, Jazz.
Assigned CF's to every player from your UBR roster.
Fixed some portraits, where wrong portraits were assigned.
Added 39 free agents from that season. Finished all FA's ratings.
Checked all player numbers for accuracy
Added several players from UBR to teams, most teams now have 13 players some 14. Expanded the rosters for more accuracy!

THIS IS COMPLETELY COMPATIBLE WITH THE ULTIMATE BASE ROSTER, OFFICIAL NBA2K12 FILES, 1998 MOD, 1999 MOD, AND 2007 MOD. THIS WILL NOT OVERWRITE ANY CURRENT NBA TEAM FILES. YOU'RE SAFE TO USE THIS WITHOUT FEARING OF SCREWING UP OR OVERWRITING FILES.

Version 2:

I (HAWK23) have gone ahead and made this mod compatible with NBA2KUpdates AND the Ultimate Base Roster. I did this by renaming files to ensure normal files will not be overwritten. What this means is these files will not replace any current NBA team files so you can put all these files in your folders without worrying about it messing anything up for current NBA teams. There will also be NO conflicts with the Ultimate Base Roster, so feel free to install all files (and click yes to "overwrite") without fear of screwing anything up with the Uultimate Base Roster.


In addition to the new compatiability features I've also done the following:

*Removed the Bobcats from the roster
*Added portraits for nearly 8-10 players per team using the same portrait files the Ultimate Base Roster uses
*Added the real 1997-1998 East and West All-Star Teams
*Added the real 1997-1998 East and West Rookie Teams
*Fixed an issue with the rookie team courts not showing up
*Fixed a few player ages that were incorrect
*Fixed a few jersey lengths that were incorrect

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. You will see 2 folders in the WinZIP file.

2. You need to place everything located in the "Main NBA2K Folder" winzip folder into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Sports\NBA 2K12 (NOT THE SAVES FOLDER)

3. You need to place the file named “1993 Roster.ros” located in the "SAVES" winzip folder into: C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\NBA 2K12\Saves

Then open the game and load the “1998 Roster” roster.

For Steam users:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NBA 2K12
