Unique Roster Update

Hello all,
I see that many roster updates come out each day. From time to time even from 2KSports. But none were to my liking. So I was thinking maybe any one of you could help me with it?
I'm gonna divide my roster update request in 2 parts. What I want & don't need/want
My Requests:
1. Up to date latest Team Squads. With all current line ups.
2. All the trades. Even the latest ones like Fisher or Turiaf.
3. New Players added. Kyle Irwing, Norris Cole etc.
From what I researched, all these features are included in the current roster updates. So what's the problem? The problem is I only want these features in my Roster Update
My Problems/What I don't want:
1. I don't want the Retired players to be removed from the Database(or the Team for that matter). For example, the first time I hit "reset roster", Zydrunas Ilgauskas from Miami Heat was gone. I don't want that kind of stuff. I want all the players who retired to stay. Of course, I don't want players who retired in 2010 to stay. Just the ones who were included in 2k12.
2. All roster updates auto update player accessories. Another thing that I don't need. 'cause I do all the customizing personally. After every match, I edit the players manually. Also, I saw that the 2k12 update wasn't proper...
3. Also, I see that Roster Updates tweak/change the player overall. Another thing that I don't want.
