Shorts and Uniform glitch

I think the only thing i downloaded that could have caused my shorts and jerseys to be all glitchy looking is some guys "tight jersey" mod. Is there any other download i can get that makes jerseys back to regular or tight again without the glitchy spots where you can see through it etc?

This is what im talking about. The shorts do it too when players run around. Need a fix.
