Uninstalling NBA 2K12 Patch?

I downloaded the last patch for NBA 2K12 for PC a few days ago, and it makes the gameplay 100% unplayable, and awful. Is there any way to uninstall this patch without uninstalling 2K12? I have a lot of files in here I dont want to have to re-download. Thanks!

I'm guessing that copying the original .exe file from the disc would be sufficient. If not, you'll need to back up the modded files (and probably the save files too, just to be safe) then reinstall.
