Typical number of transactions

I was wondering what people have as a typical number of transactions in their association from AI-managed team.

When I start a new association and manage one team, I rarely see other teams (AI-managed) pick up guys or fire staff etc. What do others see? Is there a way to influence this in any way, to increase it?

Is this any better in 2K 13?
