I am wondering i wanna make few test on how to make a jersey and make or edit a court. i hope the software or available on the net and not outdated or something or get them by doing some kind of bullshit survey

1. What Software do i need to make Jersey to add in game and to edit or make new court

2. How to make jersey short tight and short retro style like 1970 years

3. and final just for the curious is there a video on how to use the software

1. NBA2KX Mod Tool (2K12 Supported) or 3DM Mod Tool
2. through the roster, by assigning tight top and short shorts. You need a pay-for license for the REDitor though
