Reinstall?

Is there anyway to reinstall? I changed around alot of files without making a backup, and I wanted to start over with the default nba 2k12 files. Can anyone tell me the easiest way to do this?

Go to Control Panel -> Program and Features to uninstall. Then just re-install how you installed it the first time.
If Steam version, you can just right click and select "delete local content" (doing the above will also do this but this is faster if you already have Steam open). Then just install it again.
