Title page tutorial?

Hi guys, is there any tutorial about how to make your own title page?

JaoSming, you know one more thing, i have a wallpaper in jpeg format which i want to have as a wallpaper and i try to change that wallpaper format from jpeg to dds, but gimp won't letting me to do that, maybe you know why?

GIMP doesn't have support for DDS by default. However, there is a plugin; google dds plugin for GIMP and download the appropriate file (either 32 or 64 bit) for your version of GIMP.
