Coach Suits

Ok so before anyone sends me to the tutorials I have done them all. I have imported DDS, reinstalled GM etc.etc...

I can't for the life of me get the coach's to have the right suits. Here is a pic:



Everything else is setup how I want it. This is all I need fixed. Can someone help me pls.

I even reinstalled the game with - mods still see all coaches with no suits just black

use the default or a different global file

I uninstalled everything. Then I reinstalled without any mods or changes and I still se this
