LOW FPS 2K12

Hi guys,

i'm getting really frusturated with NBA 2k12..
I bought the game and run it with the game DVD
I have to run the game at low settings because of low FPS problems. When i check the task manager for performance, the game barely uses more than 2% of my CPU's capacity..
Usually when i run a game the Fan cranks up automatically obviously but 2k12 barely makes the pc work harder
Plus in My player mode the game quits to desktop after the annoucements between quarters.. I have disabled autosave features. But still does sometimes. and everytime on the knockout drill.
Here is my config:

-4GB RAM
-Nvidia Geforece GT525m with 1 Gb dedicated memory
-Intel core i5-2410M CPU 2.30 Ghz with turbo boost to 3.0 ghz
-Windows 7- 64 bit premium edition
-1600x900 resolution on a 17 inch screen

I play other games just fine:
Fifa 12 maxed out
Crysis 2: at least medium settings with 1280x720p resolution
Mirror's Edge maxed out
Counter Strike source Maxed out i get 120 fps
Portal 2 maxed out
Mass Effect 3 1280x720 High graphics...

Re-Installing the game should work
before that try start the game as Administrator and use compatibility mode (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/wind ... of-Windows) use Win XP SP3

I do run it on comp mode for XP SP3 and administrator..
