East-West All Star rosters

Hi guys, i playing with retro mod, but it haven't correct East-West all star team rosters, how can i assign correct players in there? what i need to do? Thanks.

Yes i know that tab, but what after? i' rookie in this thing, i have only free reditor, or for this need full reditor? that's same metod with the rookies and sophmores rosters?
