Just a Quick NBA 2K12 UBR v29 Question about reinstallation

i had to reinstall the game and ubr. i know how to reinstall but the only problem is that i have alot of different cfs (mostly from armorowaade ) will reinstalling erase those cyberfaces with the old ones?
