custom jersey issue

Hi,

I just got the game and am also just getting into patching it. I have the jersey iff file edited and saved how I'd like it and my jersey appears in the game, but it seems that the original jersey is showing up overtop of it. In other words, it's like my jersey is an inner layer of the original's, so I can barely see it at all. Any ideas? What am I missing? Thanks

make sure you save your dds textures with mipmaps
